Zucchini & Basil Soup

In blender, puree 1 zucchini, 1 stalk of celery, 1 Tbs. red onions, 1 Tbs. olive oil, 5 basil leaves, 1/4 avocado, a pinch of salt and 4 cups of water. 

Heat or eat cold.  Enjoy this low calorie, healthy soup!
