Healthy Mushroom Burger

Here is a great grilling idea for your diet and one that is satisfying and healthy.  Use portobello mushroom caps instead of beef patties.  When you grill them, they have a hearty, meaty texture to them and they are fewer than 50 calories.  Brush lightly with olive oil and grill on each side for about 5 minutes.  Add your typical burger dressups like tomato, lettuce, pickles, or even some hot peppers for a spicy burger.  Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salsa and cheese will add to the healthy components of this yummy summertime burger.
