Here is a yoga exercise to recharge your energy level. Hold your right earlobe with your left index finger and thumb with your thumb facing the front. Hold your left earlobe with your right index finger and thumb, also with your thumb facing the front. Next, press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, inhale, lower into a squat, then exhale and stand back up. Repeat 5 times.
Holding your earlobes puts your brain in sync for clear mental energy and squatting boosts the flow of revitalizing energy from one end of your body to the other.
